Fernando Cerri

Product professional with over 15 years of experience in software, technology, and healthcare, holding a degree in Electronic Engineering and postgraduate qualifications in Project Management, Healthcare Management, and Interior Design. Their career path has been built on a solid technical foundation, evolving into digital product management, strategy, discovery, data, adoption, expansion, and growth.


He began his career in the electronics industry and later moved into the software market, working with engineering solutions, requirements management, business analysis, R&D projects, predictive solutions, and applied artificial intelligence. This trajectory deepened his skills in Business Analysis and broadened his vision of how technology solves complex problems in different sectors, such as healthcare, aerospace, energy, and steelmaking.


In recent years, he has worked as a Senior Product Manager and Head of Products at a healthcare technology company, leading B2B SaaS and Enterprise products, API-integrated platforms, and digital journeys. In this experience, he consolidated skills in product strategy, impact prioritization, indicators, multidisciplinary collaboration, and the pragmatic application of growth to drive adoption, engagement, retention, and expansion, balancing user needs, technical feasibility, and business objectives.


Currently, he works with Mentoring and Consulting in Product Management and Growth through the CatalisaPM initiative and seeks opportunities in Growth Product Management, B2B and B2C SaaS, and Data-Informed Product Management, contributing to connecting product vision, customer needs, business objectives, and measurable results.
